For data center, server hosting and server room purposes mainly industrial-type buildings with special parameters are the most suitable. Usually buildings established with office purposes are not matching the special recommendations of server rooms, for example headroom, floor load, vibration free base.
The two currently operating data centers were established by the standards mentioned above, with developing two old industrial estates. One of them were built at 31 Ilka street on a site previously occupied by a paper mill, the other one is located at 2 Kozma street on the estate previously used by Athaneum press. In the course of development of the data centers we strictly followed the regulations of establishing a server room.
